We know that our patients often have many questions concerning their procedures as well as questions regarding a visit to our office. We always welcome your questions and comments. • Is my treatment covered by insurance?
We participate with most health insurance carriers, as well as worker''s compensation. If one of our facilities does not take your insurance, we can usually see you in one of our other offices that does take your plan.

• How long do I need to wait for an appointment?
Since we have an extensive network of locations, we can usually see you within a week. This time can vary based on your insurance approval and referrals to our office.

• How do I make an appointment?

In order to be seen at one of our pain centers, you will need a referral from a physician. We will then arrange an initial appointment.

• How long is a visit?
Your visit may last anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours.

• Where are the procedures done?

All procedures are done within our facilities by our physicians who are board-certified in anesthesiology as well as pain management, with complete cardiovascular monitoring. The option of sedation is also available to alleviate anxiety during your procedure, if needed.

• What are you injecting?

With most procedures you will receive a local anesthetic mixed with a steroid. Steroids are very helpful in reducing inflammation and pain, as well as quickening the healing process.

• How soon can I expect relief after an injection?
Pain relief varies according to each individual's condition. It may take a few days, or up to a few weeks, until you begin to feel relief.

• How many injections do I need?

There is no specific number of injections. Treatment will be individualized for each patient. It also depends on your specific condition and overall medical health.
